We have completed the production of our 48C32 crawler trenching machine for our Netherlands-based customer’s project in Ethiopia. The full production process took around 15 days, and the machine is now on its way to the job site.
This project started with a clear need: a reliable machine that can work in tough ground conditions and handle different soil types without problems. The 48C32 turned out to be a solid choice for this job. With its crawler drive system, the machine doesn’t just dig. It also moves forward in a stable and controlled way together with the tractor. This becomes a big advantage, especially on soft ground or uneven terrain.
The 48C32 is designed to work with tractors between 80 and 150 HP. It offers a stable working experience while keeping operation simple for the user. In real field conditions, it can open between 150 to 190 meters of trench per hour. That makes a big difference in large-scale projects where time matters. Trench width can be adjusted between 25 cm and 35 cm, and the maximum digging depth reaches up to 100 cm.
The strong frame and its 1820 kg weight help the machine stay steady during operation. This reduces vibration and prevents slipping, which results in a cleaner and more consistent trench. At the same time, transport is easy. The machine can be attached to a tractor quickly and moved between sites without hassle.
With this shipment, we continue to support projects in different regions and ground conditions. The 48C32 is widely used for cable laying, irrigation lines, and infrastructure works where reliability on site is key.
More projects are on the way.
